InfoTim Leigh is Chairman of the Board of Hoff & Leigh, Management, Inc. and President of Hoff & Leigh, Inc., a private real estate holding company. Mr. Leigh has been active in all phases of the real estate business since 1982.

A native of Grand Forks North Dakota, Mr. Leigh came to Colorado Springs as an Enlistee in the US Army. Upon completing his 3 year tour of duty at Ft Carson, he received the prestigious Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service. While at Ft Carson, Leigh married Lise. They’ll celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversary in August 2010.

After his tour of duty, Mr. Leigh returned to Grand Forks where he completed his undergraduate studies in business, receiving a BSBA from the University of North Dakota. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1981. He continued formal studies at UND’s Law School, Regis University and The University of Colorado, working toward an MBA in marketing.

Drawn by familial ties, the Leigh’s returned to Colorado Springs in 1982. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Leigh was the District Manager for Lutheran Brotherhood Life Insurance Company and was the Producing & Managing General Agent for the ITT Life Insurance Corporation. In both situations, Mr. Leigh recruited, trained & supervised sales agents and the respective sales organizations set many company production records.

Mr. Leigh is consistently one of the area’s Top Producing Commercial Real Estate Sales professionals. His Team’s normal sale & lease production includes over 150 transactions each year. In 2009, (in the worst economy in over 70 years) his Team’s sales volume exceeded $20,000,000. Mr. Leigh is consistently selected as one of Colorado Springs Top Commercial Realtors. Additionally, in 2005 The Colorado Springs Business Journal selected Mr. Leigh as the area’s Best Metro Business Leader.

Mr. Leigh’s clientele includes major corporations and small businesses that use office or warehousing facilities and who need to buy, sell, lease or manage them. Mr. Leigh’s specific expertise includes commercial building evaluation, sales, leasing & property management. Furthermore, Mr. Leigh has been a celebrity spokesman appearing in commercial messages, including print & TV, and is known as a high-energy sales trainer & motivator. Mr. Leigh writes a widely-read, weekly real estate column “Tim Leigh’s Market Reporttm” and is currently working on “The Pathway to Riches”, a primer outlining a process to achieve personal financial independence through real estate investing, and “A Beginner’s Guide to Commercial Real Estate”, a basic hand-book for licensees newly working in the commercial real estate business.

Mr. Leigh has been active in many community projects. He is a member of the CSLI Class of 2008. He has served on various community service boards. He is a member of The Salvation Army Community Advisory Board and was given their prestigious Order of the Red Kettle award for outstanding service. He was formerly the Chairman of the Pikes Peak Council’s Boy Scouts capital campaign. He is a past- member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and is a Major Investor with the Economic Development Committee. He has been involved in youth organizations leading white water rafting trips, coaching high school varsity athletics & mentoring students. Mr. Leigh was instrumental in leading Colorado Springs Cares, a city-wide flood relief effort aiding his hometown during the nationally monitored disaster where Grand Forks was completely destroyed by flood & fire dislocating over 50,000 residents.

The Leigh's attend the Catholic & Episcopal Church and enjoy all outdoor activities. Mr. Leigh runs the Manitou Incline on a regular basis and has recently become involved in rock climbing and Cross-Fit.
