InfoMike Kotowski has been involved with the City of Campbell for many years. He was elected to the City Council in November 1983 and served until 1993, in November 2008 Mike was re-elected to the City Council. He served as Mayor in 1985 and 1990.

Mike has been married to his wife, Claire, for 41 years. They own Vicom Services, a graphic design studio, and M. F. Kotowski Railroad Art in Campbell.

Mike has a BA and MFA in Art and Design from San Jose State University and holds a Community College Credential and taught Art at West Valley and Mission Colleges.

He also served as Chair of the Planning Commission, Sign Advisor, and assisted in fund raising for the Ainsley House. Mike was also a founding Board Member of the Campbell Historical Museum and the Campbell Veterans’ Memorial Foundation. In 1979, he served as Campbell Chamber President. He also sits on the City’s Economic Development Committee.



In 1982 Campbell Chamber of Commerce honored him as “Citizen of The Year”.
