Lori is a graduate of Ohio State University . She began her career as a Cobb County public school teacher but left teaching when recruited by her father to help run the family business, Golden Rule Services, a unique pest control company whose clients included Zoo Atlanta and Emory University . Like many who have gotten involved in city politics, Lori first became involved locally when a zoning issue affected her directly.
