Malby; reelected to the two succeeding Congresses, served from November 5, 1912, until his death, before the close of the Sixty-third Congress (November 5, 1912-December 4, 1914); died in Potsdam, St. Lawrence County, N.Y., December 4, 1914; interment in Pierrepont Hill Cemetery, Pierrepont, N.Y.
