| Info | Council member Graham serves as Chair of the Governmental Affairs Council Committee and is a member of the CWAC, Transportation and Restructuring Government Committees.
Graham is Council Representative to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Development Corp., Discovery Place, University City Partnership and is a Planning Liaison.
Council Member Graham currently serves on the Minority Contractors Resource Center and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership Board of Directors. He is a past member of the Community Building Task Force, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Charter Commission, the City of Charlotte Water/Sewer Bond Committee, the City Minority Business Advisory Committee, the City No Smoking Task Force, and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Parks Advisory Committee.
In addition to his public service, Council Member Graham served on the Board of Director for the Relatives, Inc., is a founding member of the 100 Black Men of Charlotte and is the former Issues Committee Chair of the Black Political Caucus. He also served on the Board of Theatre Charlotte, YMCA Greater Charlotte, and the Barber-Scotia College Board of Trustees.
