| Info | Walter Miles is a lifelong resident of the City of Chester and is a diversified professional with five years of Residential Assessment experience and eleven years of Real Estate experience. Mr. Miles is a leader in his community as well as in his profession. Having attended the Chester schools, Mr. Miles continued his education at the Taylor School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania. He also attended the Temple University Real Estate Institute and then the Polley Associates Real Estate School where he acquired skills in real estate sales & management as well as property appraisals.
In 2001, Mr. Miles received training at the Assessors Association of Pennsylvania for the assessments of real property. He is currently a residential assessor for the County of Delaware, a post he has held since 2000, and a Realtor with the Remax Gold office. Mr. Miles' professional experience runs the gamut from real estate sales associate to executive recruiter, to computer operator to systems analyst. He maintains membership in numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Valley Realtors Association, Assessors Association of Pennsylvania, and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
Mr. Miles has worked on the 7th Ward election board in the City for the last four years as well as committee man for the 7th ward 1st precinct and is an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church where he holds the position of trustee.
