Mr. Baldi is the founding shareholder of Baldi, Jenei & Cohen, P.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lycoming College in 1971 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1974. After a year’s clerkship with the Honorable Edmund V. Ludwig of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, he served as a trial attorney for the Bucks County Public Defender Office. In 1981, he entered private practice, opening his own law firm in New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Baldi represents individuals as well as businesses and government entities. His clients have included former United States Congressman James C. Greenwood of the 8th Congressional District, Pennsylvania State Representative Charles T. McIlhinney, Jr. of the 143rd District, Rice’s Market, The New Hope - Ivyland Railroad, the State of Connecticut, the County of Bucks and many municipal bodies throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Since 1979, Mr. Baldi has served as Solicitor for the Bucks County Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, and he frequently is selected to chair panels arbitrating insurance disputes and alternative dispute resolutions. He appears regularly in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia County Courts of Common Pleas and the Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, he has served as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, he is co-chairman of the Federal Courts Section and chairman of the newly established Courthouse Committee. In 2002, he received the President’s Award in recognition of his dedication and service to the Bar Association. Mr. Baldi also is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, and the Pennsylvania and American Trial Lawyers Associations.

Mr. Baldi has been an active member of his community, volunteering time to both charitable and political organizations. He has served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Probational Volunteer Services, Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers of Bucks County, and a member of the Board of Directors of Big Sisters of Bucks County and VITA. He has served on the School Committee of Buckingham Friends School and the Parent Annual Fund Committee of George School. He was elected to four terms as a Republican Committeeman and has served as Treasurer for the Friends of Jim Greenwood and the Greenwood for Congress Campaigns from 1980 to 2005. He is a member of State Senator Joseph Conti’s Finance Committee. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of First Federal of Bucks County Savings and Loan Association.

Mr. Baldi is married to writer Cheryl Baldi. They have lived in Doylestown, Pennsylvania since 1975 and have two daughters, a dog and two cats.

Admitted to the bar in 1975. Martindale-Hubbell rating: AV. Voted by his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" in 2004, 2005 and 2006, as published in Philadelphia Magazine.
