| Info | My name is Sallie Updyke Mundy and I have the privilege of practicing law at the firm of McEldrew & Fullam, P.C. I was born in Elmira, New York and raised in the northern tier of Pennsylvania in Tioga, Tioga County. I currently practice law on a part time basis as I am the mother of three active boys ages 3 to 7 and one beautiful baby girl. I am located in the northern tier of Pennsylvania and as a hobby raise Scottish Highland cattle.
I graduated in 1984 from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania and attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law from 1984 to 1987. Following my law school graduation, I clerked in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania for the Honorable Robert Kemp, President Judge of the Tioga County Court of Common Pleas. At the conclusion of my clerkship, I worked for the next eleven years doing defense work for various insurance defense law firms. In 1999, I was offered my current position at McEldrew & Fullam, P.C. where I have the honor of representing victims of medical malpractice and other tragedies.
I am active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, being a delegate to the House, the voting body of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and sit as a Trustee on the Bar’s Insurance and Trust Fund. I was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve two terms as member of the Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Board. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Philadelphia Trial Lawyer’s Association.
