Representative Gerald Willis served as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 1978 to 1982, and was re-elected in 1986. He was born on January 6, 1940, and graduated from White Plains High School. He and his wife, Frances, are the parents of three children: Keith, LaBreeska, and Kim Garza. Representative Willis is the owner of Gerald Willis Lumber Company. A former County Commissioner, Representative Willis has also served as past President of the Calhoun County Farm Bureau, Cattlemen's Association, Foresters Association, and the White Plains Civitan Club.
