Info | Rep. Scott Dieckhaus, a Republican, represents parts of Franklin and St. Charles counties (District 109) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Prior to his service in the legislature, Rep. Dieckhaus worked as an office manager for Custom Security Services, LLC. He also worked as an educator from 2002 too 2007. He taught World History and Psychology for three years at Hermann High School and American Government, American History and World Geography for one year at St. Clair High School.
Rep. Dieckhaus is a member of the following organizations: Washington Area Chamber of Commerce, Labadie Chamber of Commerce, Washington Jaycees; Washington Optimists, Moolah Shriners, Freemasons, Missouri State Teachers Association, and the Franklin County Young Republicans. Rep. Dieckhaus was named to Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
A graduate of Washington High School, Rep. Dieckhaus received an A.A. in Secondary Education from East Central College. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Social Sciences and Psychology from Missouri Baptist University and received his teaching certificate in Secondary Education in 2002. Rep. Dieckhaus also received his M.S. in Educational Administration from Missouri Baptist University in 2005.
Born May 2, 1980 in Washington, Missouri, Rep. Dieckhaus currently resides there with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Caleb and Celia.
