InfoNoah Lemas (born February 16, 1970 in Santa Ana, California) is a Democratic Party candidate for Oregon’s 2nd congressional district seat in the United States House of Representatives. The district is one of the largest by area in the United States, and Lemas is attempting to unseat Republican Greg Walden who has held the seat since 1998.

Lemas and his wife, Rachel, live in Bend, Oregon with their two children. The Lemas family are avid snowboarders and also enjoy hiking, camping and mountain-biking. Lemas is known as Central Oregon’s informal snowboard ambassador and he also plays baseball and coaches Little League.

Lemas has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Portland State University. During his MBA program, Lemas also studied International Finance at Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management in Marseille, Provence, France, and he was named to Beta Gamma Sigma, the international academic honor society for business schools.

Before turning his full attention to politics and the Congressional race, Lemas had developed and sold off two businesses. The first was Sunriver Snowboards in Sunriver, Oregon, which Lemas founded in 1994 and sold to a former competitor in 2000. The second was Side Effect Boardshop, which Lemas started in 1999 and nurtured until it had become nationally recognizable and influential amongst board-sports retailers. After six years, Lemas sold Side Effect to two of his employees.

Lemas’ platform includes lessening dependence on foreign oil by developing practical and alternative energy sources, developing realistic state and nationwide healthcare programs, returning vital funds to Oregon’s public education system, and changing Washington, D.C.'s special interest orientation.
