Holland, and at the same time elected to the Ninety-first Congress; reelected to the eleven succeeding Congresses, and served from November 5, 1968, to January 3, 1993; was not a candidate for renomination in 1992 to the One Hundred Third Congress; is a resident of McKeesport, Pa.
