| Info | Fourth District Councilwoman Pugh is the president and owner of C. E. Pugh and Company, a marketing and communications firm with an emphasis on public relations, market research, corporate training and event coordination.
She has received numerous awards and honors including the United States Small Business Administration Minority Business Advocate of the Year Award and the Notable Black Women in Maryland Award.
