Info | Cliff was born and raised in Arnaud and has spent the past 30 years farming grain and purebred Charolais cattle. He was a founding member of the Manitoba Cattle Producers Association and served on its board of directors. He has also served as a member of the Stuartburn Piney Agricultural Development Association and is currently a director on the Prairies East Sustainable Agricultural Initiative.
Cliff is eager to take over the reigns from fellow PC Jack Penner, who proudly served Emerson constituents as their MLA for 18 years.
PC leader Hugh McFadyen says while Jack leaves big shoes to fill, he's confident Cliff is the right person for the job and would bring a strong rural voice to the Manitoba Legislature.
Cliff and his wife Rose Ellen live in the Greenridge area and have two children, Amy and Warren, a daughter-in-law Venessa and two lovely grandchildren, Bailey and Colby.
