Blair, Jr., to the Thirty-eighth Congress and served from June 10, 1864, to March 3, 1865; unsuccessful for reelection in 1864 to the Thirty-ninth Congress; resumed the practice of law in St. Louis, Mo.; returned to Blandford, Mass., where he died March 7, 1905; interment in Peabody Cemetery, Springfield, Mass.
