| Info | Jeff was raised in the Pittsburgh area and graduated from Bethel Park High School in 1977. His undergraduate degree is from Allegheny College, where, in 1981, he received a B.A. in history with minors in psychology. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1984, he moved to Lancaster, where he became associated with and later a partner at Barley, Snyder, Senft and Cohen. He joined Wagman, Ashworth, Kreider and Wright as a name partner in 1993.
Jeff has tried a wide variety of civil cases in most of the counties in central Pennsylvania. His particular specialty, however, is the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law and he has handled UM and UIM cases throughout the Commonwealth as well as coverage issues in state and federal courts at all levels. Jeff is also certified as a mediator/arbitrator and in recent years has dedicated more of his practice to handling these types of alternative dispute resolutions.
Active in the Lancaster community, Jeff is a member of Rotary, has served on the board of directors of the Red Rose Transit Authority since 1989 and has coached numerous youth athletic teams. When he is not working, Jeff can most often be found either playing soccer or spending time with his family on their small farm outside of Lancaster.
