Harold Flannery, and reelected to the Seventy-eighth Congress (May 19, 1942-January 3, 1945); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1944 to the Seventy-ninth Congress; resumed the practice of law in Washington, D.C.; banker, died on March 20, 1976, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; cremated; ashes scattered on the grounds of his summer home in Orangeville, Pa.
