InfoThomas E. "Tom" Fallon was born on June of 1966. He and his wife of 19 years were raised, and still reside, in the town of Burlington where they raise 3 children. Tom is a graduate of Shawsheen Valley Tech (class of 84). He has also earned an associates degree from the Open Bible College in Greenville SC.

Tom and his wife are local business owners for the past 18 years. Currently, he is developing and consulting with Caregiver Plus, a business which provides personal emergency response systems for the elderly. Tom also leads a church planting ministry here in the New England area.

Tom Fallon is running for the 4th Middlesex District Seat because he can’t take the government’s over-regulation and over-taxation any longer. He quotes the Constitution’s assertion that the government is for the people, by the people, and according to him that’s is just what he is: a regular person who loves freedom.“I understand [the race will be difficult], but my freedom is too important,” said Fallon. “I couldn’t stand on the sideline anymore. Freedom is too important; I needed to put myself out there and tell [the voters] that I’m here for [them].”

“I need to give my children an America and a Massachusetts they can be proud of,” he said. “Somebody has to stand up for my children, and why not me?”

Fallon objects to heavy state taxation that may force him to move out of Burlington, his hometown, but he sees problems at the federal level as well. He points the Patriot Act and the Hate Crime Bill as recent examples where Americans have lost freedoms thanks to federal legislation. He accepts that some losses may have been necessary, but also believes some were not.
