Dr. Choby is a 1976 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon completion of his studies, he entered a two year dental residency at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. By 1984 he became the youngest dentist to become a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). Dr. Bill also is a Fellow in the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, and has a Masters in Public Administration. He is a consulting staff member at the Latrobe Area Hospital and has operating privileges at the Laurel Surgical Center.
