InfoRichard St. Paul has dedicated much of his life to Public Service. He has interned in the White House under the Clinton Administration, worked on Capitol Hill in the Office of Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA) and in the Office of Governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Ridge. In addition, Mr. St. Paul has worked on several political campaigns, including a Presidential campaign as the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Legal Director in the State of West Virginia. As the HAVA Legal Director, Mr. St. Paul was tasked with recruiting and training attorneys in the area of West Virginia Election Law in order to protect the integrity of the election.

Currently, Richard is a licensed Attorney in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He practices in the areas of Civil Rights, Voter Rights and General Litigation. He is founding member of Rushmore Group, LLC, a political consulting firm.

In addition to his community service, Richard has continued to serve his country for several years as part of the United States Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General (JAG) Legal Service Organizations.

Richard currently resides in New Rochelle, New York and is a member of the New Rochelle Bar Association and the New Rochelle Chapter of the NAACP. Richard has served as the legal advisor to the New Rochelle chapter of the NAACP and as Counsel to the New Rochelle Voters Rights Defense Fund during the 2003 Redistricting lawsuit.
