Born in Texas. My mother is a homemaker and my father is a West Point
graduate and Air Force Pilot, Lt. Col (Ret). My fathers' military
assignments moved the family to Oklahoma, Ohio, Washington DC, Iran,
Iraq, and to Turkey, where I attended first grade. Dad taught at the Citadel in
Charleston, SC, retired, and moved the family to Georgia where I earned a
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and a MBA.
I was a field engineer in telecommunications for five years, working on
fiber optic telephone systems that can send over two million phone calls down a strand of glass that is ten times thinner than a hair on your head.
I also worked as a product manager, and now work until noon to pay taxes
as an Account Manager.
I have traveled to Mt. Everest Base Camp, and also to the D-day beaches
of Normandy. In Normandy, I saw the abysmal odds brave soldiers faced to
push back tyranny. I visited the Normandy cemetery that opens and closes the
movie "Saving Private Ryan", and saw the graves of soldiers who died as
teenagers in order to keep us free.
Today, I am twice the age of many of those Normandy soldiers. History has shown that gun registration leads to confiscation, and ultimately to tyranny. I feel our Federal Government is ignoring the Constitution and threatening us with tyranny by taking away our second
amendment rights, and passing unconstitutional federal mandates that
take away our livelihood.
It is my civic duty to my country, the Constitution, and those Normandy soldiers to run for US Congress in order to defend and uphold the Constitution, and restrict our government to its Constitutional limits.
