Moss, Jr.; reelected to the Sixty-fifth, Sixty-sixth, and Sixty-seventh Congresses and served from November 7, 1916, to March 3, 1923; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1922 to the Sixty-eighth Congress; elected to the Sixty-ninth Congress (March 4, 1925-March 3, 1927); was not a candidate for reelection to the Seventieth Congress; resumed his former business pursuits; died in Spencer, W.Va., on June 21, 1929; interment in Spencer Mausoleum.
