| Info | Four-time U.S. 100m hurdles champion and 1980 Olympic Team member Stephanie Hightower serves as the chair of USATF's Women's Track and Field Committee. The U.S. team manager at the 1999 World Outdoor Championships and an assistant team manager at the 1996 Olympic Games, she served as Chef de Mission at the 2003 World Outdoor Championships. Hightower is the president of the Board of Education in Columbus, Ohio, where she has held leadership roles with the Mayor's office, the Public Safety Department, the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Columbus Urban League. She is currently the Special Assistant to the President for External Relations at Columbus College of Art & Design.
