Over the last number of years, Pat has worked on a number of positive developments for the Alberton area, including; downtown enhancement project, Jacques Cartier arena renovations, relocation of town offices to the historic railway station, a new federal building on Main Street and a youth skateboarding facility.

In addition to his contribution to municipal government, Pat serves as a member of the Alberton Area Development Corporation, was a Director of the Tignish Credit Union, and is a strong supporter of the Alberton Minor Hockey Association among other charities.

Pat owns the Alberton Irving and lives in Alberton with his wife Karen and son Drew.
