I was born in Davenport, and I have lived here for over 50 years. I have lived in the 2nd Ward for over 30 years as the husband of Rosa, 38; father of two. Son Michael and daughter Kimi both are raised and have given us six grandchildren (who we are presently spoiling). My distinction is that Davenport is my hometown, my home for 50-plus years. I further distinguish myself through my life's dedication to Davenport and for over 30 years, I have strived to expand the necessary infrastructure for responsible and desirable development of our northwest neighborhoods while being mindful of the importance of continued basic services throughout the city. These are our amenities for growth and proper expansion. Allowing us to build on that, we will acquire a healthy and stable tax base to build a desirable infrastructure for homes and business, with good-paying jobs, proper planning and engineering being key.
