"Bethlehem city's former deputy director of community development.
Grubb, a 27-year city official, worked in the division of housing rehabilitation and the division of weights and measures. He was appointed to the city's emergency medical services task force and as the South Side Task Force liaison by four different mayors.
Grubb said he also worked on the city's safety committee and the original negotiating team for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. property.
He retired from the city in 2004 following an altercation with Environmental Health Director Harvey Joseph. Both men were cited for disorderly conduct following a physical fight that began over quarterly reports."
