| Info | Randall Taylor has served on the School Board in various capacities since 1997. Mr. Taylor was elected First-Vice President in 2001 and held the position one year. He was later re-elected First-
Vice President in 2003 and has held the position ever since. Mr. Taylor has chaired the Business Affairs and Technology, Equity and Compliance, Head Start Policy Council, Student Services, Government Relations and Pupil Services Committees. He currently serves as the District Representative with the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, a position he has held since 2001. Mr. Taylor is the District 1 Representative for the Homewood, East Hills, North Point Breeze, South Point Breeze, Lincoln-Lemington, Friendship, Shadyside and parts of East Liberty areas of the city.
Aside from his service as School Board First-Vice President, Mr. Taylor currently holds civic positions with Lincoln-Larimer Community Development, Healthy Start East End Consortium, NAACP of Pittsburgh, Urban Youth Action and the Peabody High School PSCC.
