Dave, now married for over 21 years, met his wife Frances Malik Neumann in a local Dallas Sunday school class. Frances, after graduating from Texas Tech University worked for several Dallas manufacturers as an Assistant Designer. While Dave was working in the financial services industry, Frances started her own clothing line out of their spare bedroom. Dave left the financial services industry to assist Frances in the start up of Ivy Jane (IJ). He and Frances founded the Company in 1989 and both remain active members in the day-to-day operation of the company. As a women's coordinated separates manufacturer, IJ employs 30 and sells to over 500 specialty store accounts in the southwest, southeast and Midwest United States.
The Neumann family are active members of Kessler Park United Methodist Church. He and his wife Frances, have two young children, Ivy (13), and Corbin (10). The Neumann family resides in Oak Cliff.
