InfoEarl and his wife Coleen have been married thirty one years and have four children—Danielle, Alysha, Brooke and Justin—and three son-in-laws—William Wittwer, Michael Smith, and JJ Gonzalez—and a daughter-in-law, Rebecca Rogers. The Greers have three grandchildren: Savannah Rae (11 months old), Liam (6 months old), and Logan Earl (3 months old).

Raised as a rancher in the west central portion of New Mexico, Earl is the son of pioneer Sierra County ranchers. His father is the late Raymon Greer and his mother is Eliza Montoya Greer. Earl's Hispanic roots run deep, going back to the 1500's. Learning Spanish at an early age is a proven asset that will ensure that every constituent in our district will be heard. Earl is a true statesman representing all of the voters of our district.
