InfoEvery Monday on the cable TV program Brooklyn45, Dawn Nelson, segment producer and host of Young Academic Achievers interviews a young Brooklyn student who received an award this year for academic excellence.
The program is broadcast at 2:30pm and 10:30pm on Time Warner channel 56, and CableVision channel 69 in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn45 is inviting schools, Parent-Teacher Associations, community groups and churches to select a student from their organization to be interviewed on Brooklyn45. The student must be able to speak well, and not be afraid to chat about themselves, their achievement, and their academic and career goals. They will also be expected to answer questions about the role their parents, siblings, peers, and organization played in preparing them for their stellar performance.

The name of the student must be submitted along with the name of their school, particular achievement, and their parents' names, phone number, and e-mail address to samtaitt@earthlink.net. Dawn Nelson can be reached at 347-247-3351. Organizations will be given advanced notice of when the program featuring the student member of their church is being broadcast.

Brooklyn .... 4th Largest City in the US?
With a population of 2.6 million, Brooklyn is the most densely populated borough in New York. If Brooklyn was a city, rather than a borough, it would be the fourth largest city in the United States - after New York (with Brooklyn included), Los Angeles, and Chicago.
