Married to Dr. Marilyn Maxwell Billingsly, internist and pediatrician. Dr. Billingsly was also born and raised in St. Louis City and graduated from Xavier High School, St. Louis University and St. Louis University School of Medicine. She is Associate Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, St. Louis University School of Medicine.
