Tom, our established lobbyist at our nation's capitol, is a former commissioner of the National Indian Gaming Commission and one of the premier Indian gaming consultants in the country. He has assisted casino management and development companies, gaming equipment vendors and tribal governments and their agencies with constructing, financing, operating and regulating Indian gaming facilities. Tom's background has allowed him to establish a unique network of contacts in many interconnected federal, state and professional organizations which may impact a client's public policy objectives.

Elected to four terms as Ramsey County Attorney, Tom was appointed by Governor Jesse Ventura to serve as Director of the Minnesota Washington DC office. A past candidate for the U.S. Senate and Congress, Tom served as the Chairperson of the Minnesota Clinton for President campaign in 1992.
