| Info | My education includes a B.S. degree and teaching certification in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University where I interned in a specialization with providing dental hygiene care for the elderly in nursing homes and assisted living care facilities. I also owned and operated the Dental Consulting Group, which implemented educational programs; temporary services, office design and preventive care management for dental practices. I have held a Dental Hygiene license for the state of Wisconsin since 1972.
I have also maintained my license in Real Estate while working for Century 21 in Hudson, WI, Coldwell Banker in Mequon, WI. and Village Realty for the Kohler Company in Kohler, WI.
Working for American Express enabled me to understand the gap between needs and desired goals. Wise leadership in the Assembly is imperative if we are going to achieve our goals of enhancing small business by creating economic bases, lowering taxes and having a determined focus on the crime and drug problems facing our area.
The 75th District, consisting of nearly all of Barron County, plus nine townships in southern Washburn County, and McKinley, Johnstown and Beaver townships in Polk County, is ready for a change in leadership and these concerns need to be addressed through our election in November.
My family was one of the logging families that settled in Wisconsin in the mid-1800's and I was born and raised in Green Bay to a family that honored hard work and old-fashioned values. We, as children, were taught to lead and to always give back to the community and country. I have tried to ascribe to that teaching my entire life.
