InfoEric is a native Delawarean. He was born and raised in the Brandywine Hundred Area. He currently lives in Forwood.

Eric attended and graduated from Mount Pleasant High School. After high school, he went on to major in political science at the University of Delaware. He received his B.A. from UD in 1996. After college, Eric furthered his education by entering the London School of Economics (United Kingdom). By 1999, he received his Master's of Science degree in European Studies.

Over the years, Eric has been committed to a career in public service. He worked as a staff aide for former Delaware Governor Tom Carper. As a member of Carper's second administration, Eric served as a contact point between the general public and several state agencies such as the Department of Transportation and the Department of Health and Social Services. He worked to resolve the problems of Delawareans on a daily basis.

Today, Eric continues to work as a public servant. He teaches political science at Montgomery County Community College (Pennsylvania). In the past, he has also taught at several local colleges including Wesley College, Delaware Technical & Community College and Delaware State University. Eric enjoys working with his students.
