| Info | Danene Provencher is a longtime activist and Green Party of MN Coordinating Committee Member. Danene's early activism included working on the MN power line struggle of the late 70's as well as working as a volunteer to help enforce child support payments. Danene became the Green Party of MN Events Coordinator in 2001. She then ran for the Mound City Council in 2002 (in a highly Republican area), getting 26% of the vote in 3-way race while spending only only $200.
