Top Priorities if Elected
Put more deputies on the streets
Eliminate what appears to be an elitist system within the department- treat everyone equally. Develop a consistent criterion for promotions instead of
Mandatory rotation of commanders and chiefs - everyone knows the job requirements for each position.
