Info | ECKLEY, Ephraim Ralph, a Representative from Ohio; born near Mt. Pleasant, Jefferson County, Ohio, December 9, 1811; moved with his parents to Hayesville, Ohio, in 1816; attended the common schools and was graduated from Vermillion Institute, Hayesville, Ohio; moved to Carrollton, Carroll County, Ohio, in 1833 and taught school; studied law; was admitted to the bar in 1836 and commenced practice in Carrollton.

Resumed the practice of law in Carrollton, Carroll County, Ohio, where he died March 27, 1908; interment in Grand View Cemetery.
