| Info | LOOMIS, Andrew Williams, a Representative from Ohio; born in Lebanon, Conn., June 27, 1797; was graduated in law from Union College, Schenectady, N.Y., in 1819; was admitted to the bar; moved to Canton, Ohio, and practiced; moved to New Lisbon (now Lisbon), Ohio.
