From his earliest days in Tucson, Ray has been an active member of the community. Prior to his service on the Board of Supervisors, Ray was Foundation manager of Casa de los Ninos, and Chairman of the City of Tucson Housing Board. Ray has also had a successful career in industrial sales management.
Ray and his wife, Ann have three children, Maria, Shane and Carlos. Ann and her father, Albert Touche’ operate the Mills Touche’ clothing store in the Crossroads-Festival shopping center. Mills-Touche’ is one of the last independent purveyors of fine clothing in Arizona and has been part of Tucson for over forty-two years.
In the year 2000, Ray was an International Republican Institute (IRI) delegate observing Mexico’s federal election in the State of Guanajuato.
