| Info | Mrs. Tommie Reece has represented Area 17 since 1996. Mrs. Reece is currently employed as the program manager for Lifelong Learning at Furman University. She was previously employed at Greenville Technical College in several positions, including transcript evaluator, director of admissions and records, academic advisor, coordinator of student activities, and counselor.
She currently serves the community as a member of Leadership Greenville Forum, the Palmetto Bank Community Advisory Board, and the Greenville Professional Women's Forum. She is a past PTA officer, tutor, member of the Area PTA Council board, and former vice-president of the Alumni Board for Presbyterian College.
Mrs. Reece received a bachelor's degree from Presbyterian College and earned graduate credit in business and education from Clemson and Furman. She and her husband, Ron, have one child.
