| Info | Mark Thompson was elected Maine Township Republican Committeeman in March of 2002. His involvement in the Maine Township Regular Republican Organization began in 1972, and over the years he has served as a precinct captain, board member, President, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Deputy Committeeman.
Thompson served in township government for 20 years (1981 to 2001). He was first elected to the Maine Township Board of Trustees in 1981 and re-elected in 1985 and 1989. He was elected Supervisor in 1993 and re-elected in 1997.
