Smith "has embraced the homosexual agenda," Mabon said.
The Constitution Party, which has about 900 registered Oregon voters, held its nominating convention last weekend. Mabon has faced Smith once before, in the 1996 Republican primary. Mabon got 8 percent of the vote.
