Tim has over 25 years of experience in the computing and financial service industries. He is a pragmatic and responsible business leader who has spent his career turning problems into opportunities. As a pioneer in the personal computer business, Tim is regarded as an expert in the commercialization of technology, its production and mass distribution on a global basis.
As Co-founder and Chairman of vFinance, Inc., Tim has helped grow dozens of small businesses the engine of Americas economy. His company employs over 200 workers in 30 offices around the country and manages over $1 billion in assets.
Tims passion for job creation led to his co-founding the Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship (CIE), a think tank dedicated to ensuring America stays competitive. The mission of CIE is to ensure America maintains its leadership position in innovation and entrepreneurship by assisting economists in measuring the impact of innovative entrepreneurship on the American economy.
As a husband and a father, Tim understands that we must focus on strengthening and protecting our families. He and his wife, Terry, live in Palm Beach Gardens and on their ranch at Fisheating Creek in southern Highlands County. Tim and his wife instilled in their daughter the values of accountability, respect, decency, and hard work.
Tims daughter, Bailey, is an honors student and an equestrian scholarship athlete. They are members of the Venus United Methodist Church. Tim holds a B.A. from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
