DescriptionHardy Macia is one of three candidates on the ballot for NH's 2nd Congressional Seat. The Republican and Democrat have been included in the Granite State Debate hosted by WMUR and The Union Leader.

Eight weeks ago Hardy was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He created this ad during his chemo session on 10/23/12. (It's also why the sound is a little soft because I didn't want to bother the other patients.)

Transcript:
Hi, I'm hardy macia. I'm the libertarian candidate for congress

8 weeks ago I was diagnosed with cancer.

My chances are better at defeating the cancer than it is to be included in the upcoming Granite State Debates.

This isn't fair for New Hampshire voters. You should be able to hear from all three candidates for congress.

Visit my website HardyMacia.com

and vote Hardy Macia November 6th

I'm Hardy Macia and I approve this message.

Background:
The Granite State Debate is sponsored by the Union Leader and WMUR. WMUR has been very good to the Libertarian candidates in giving us equal time each morning with our issues. This is probably the main reason support for the old party candidates has been decreasing and support for Libertarian candidates increasing ([Link] The number of voters undecided for the Governor's race has increased 21 points since August. The number of undecided for Congress #1 has increased 6 points since Oct 3, and for Congress #2 has increased 22 points since Aug 12. The voters should be allowed to hear from all 3 candidates in this final debate who are on the ballot.

If you want to hear from all three candidates, then email granitestatedebates@wmur.com and Alisha McDevitt at amcdevitt@hearst.com to ask that all 3 candidates be included.
