DescriptionWhile hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites were standing up against Scott Walker's power grab, and 14 Democrat heroes had their backs and stood up in solidarity to put on the brakes, Tom Barrett was on right-wing radio laying out the blueprint to ram through Act 10.

Barrett's "split the bill" strategy was used just days later, and the heroic efforts of the Fighting 14 were rendered moot. Even before Barrett said he was for the popular parts of the bill and against the unpopular parts, his statement was clear: "The bill will pass, and the bill should pass."
