Honestly the author should have identified the other two Democratic state senators who supported her in this vote.

I've already expressed my feelings that we should allow a more open immigration policy, since we have the resources and the almost ingrained stability to absorb these immigrants.

However, while I'm not a big proponent of codifying English as our language, IMHO all immigrants should actively learn the English language.

Seriously, i won in 2010, and that was supposed to be the start of one those election year predictors. E.g. The redskins winner thingie.

And 2014 will be just like 2010, so I should be winning this.

Wagner has won. Quite an accomplishment for a write-in candidate.

But it wasn’t just the GOP. Along with Casey, Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Mark Pryor of Arkansas, Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, Joe Donnelly of Indiana, John Walsh of Montana and Chris Coons of Delaware voted to block the nomination.

One of the un-intended consequences of ending the filibuster is you can't hide behind the threat of a filibuster.

Landrieu, a vulnerable Democrat up for reelection this year in Louisiana, declined to comment on her vote for the nominee as she entered a party lunch. Several other vulnerable Democrats, including Sens. Kay Hagan of North Carolina and Mark Begich of Alaska, also supported the nomination.

What morons! Why be on record supporting an advocate for a cop-killer?

It continues to amaze me regarding Europeans and child sex. I mean we ain't talking about 16 & 17 year olds.

Apparently Labour Party officials want to allow sex with ten year olds legal.

Jason: This partially explains the continued success of the Republican Party.

As if the average Obama voter would do better than the average Romney voter. Ha, that's a laugh.

I'm all for marijuana legalization but laws should be enacted so that drugged driving is viewed as badly as drunk driving and carry similarly lengthy sentences.

I continue to have faith that no matter how bad my guy is, and he certainly merits it, that the Democrat, i.e. Crist, will lose this race.

I'd imagine buyers remorse mentality is a factor. We have one of the worst presidencies in charge now and more and more people know it.

Are there other Congressional seats that are virtually under the control of just one individual as this one is by Democratic Party boss George Norcross?

Labour Dem: A tie is too weak to withstand a barrage of disastrous Obamacare and Obama recession ads.

Fixed it for you.

We can all agree, the US Senate is better with Scott Brown in it, from Massachusettes or New Hampshire!

IMHO this doesn't matter to me. She hasn't really been able to not be a major public figure since she became First Lady in 1993.

I'm kinda shocked she did drive between 1993 & 1996.

On the other hand we would never hear the end of it, if this applied to a Republican.

Wait. Is Someone blocking me, then unblocking to read my posts, then re-blocking? What's the point of blocking me in the first place?

I DO have a stalker!
