BBC Profile:
This rural, border seat is in the south-west of Northern Ireland and is, geographically, the largest constituency in the United Kingdom. Its best known town is Enniskillen, scene of an IRA bombing in 1987 in which 11 people were killed. The constituency has a significant manufacturing, agricultural and tourism sector. Attractions include Belleek pottery and the stately home, Florence Court. Fermanagh was home to the G8 summit last year.
The constituency's estimated population in 2013 was just over 104,000. Figures reveal that a lower proportion of people in the area got at least one disability-related benefit, compared to the Northern Ireland average. Just over 60% were employed.
There is almost a 60/40 split in religious affiliation - with the majority being Catholic. The MP since the 2001 general election has been Michelle Gildernew of Sinn Féin. She won it after the retirement of Ulster Unionist Ken Maginnis, who had been MP for 18 years.
