I havent been able to identify the polling firm for the internal Cruz poll from any of the articles that report it, so if anyone is able to do so please add it.

As the Dallas Morning News noted in mid-June, Rep. Ron Paul is the only other Texas delegation Member who has endorsed in the runoff. He is also backing Cruz.

You are missing that Dewhurst has a record that while essentially 100% conservative, still exists. Cruz is a blank slate that can lie to dumbass tea party folks about being more conservative than Dewhurst. For the record, if you actually compare the two, they agree on pretty much every issue.

Public Policy Polling will get humiliated in Wisconsin and Texas.
Here's to no credibility.

Dewhurst needs to move on from this Chinese firm commercial, looks like it might be backfiring.

Any final thoughts on how this race might play out one day out, TX DEM?

Turnout has been low, so Cruz wins. The people voting here are the same that think that banning critical thinking in high schools is a good idea. It is really sad to watch the TX GOP devolve like this but its really what they deserve.

However, despite how empty suitish, and crazy Cruz is, he will still win in November by 12% or so.

Today is the day that Ted Cruz becomes the next senator from Texas! I doubt TX DEM's GOP friends are laughing any longer. The establishment is going to get it handed it to them in all probablity. Very poor campaign by Dewhurst

On the contrary, it's the Dewhurst crowd that wants to ban critical thinking.

also, what has Cruz said that is "crazy" ?

Smart: TX Dem
On the contrary, it's the Dewhurst crowd that wants to ban critical thinking.

That 'crowd' booed Dewhurst and cheered Cruz at the RPT convention. You need to get your facts straight.

Another terrible Republican US Senator. Has their Senate caucus ever been of such low quality before?
