Description Utah Republican Party Nominating Convention.

A candidate must win 60% of the nominating delegates votes to receive the party nomination and avoid a primary. If no candidate wins at least 60% of the vote, the two candidates who receive the most votes will run in the June 22, 2004 primary to determine who wins the Republican Party nomination.
