| Description |
Initially, two vacancies existed and each party nominated two candidates for the PA Superior Court in the May 2007 primaries. At the time, the two candidates with the most votes in the General election would be elected.
However, with the decision by Superior Court judge Michael T. Joyce to not seek retention to the court, this vacancy will be filled here. The Democratic and Republican parties will select someone as their nominee for the general election.
And the three (3) candidates with the most votes in the General election will be elected.
